How far in advance should I place my order? As we always say, the more notice the better! We tend to book up quickly around holidays, Spring & Summer. Sometimes we can accomodate last-minute orders, but it varies from week to week. For weddings, we recommend at least 3 to 6 months notice if possible. What is the best way to contact Custom Cake Creations to place an order? You can call us at 330-688-0330 or email us at info@customcakesonline.com. Thursdays & Fridays, we are frantically working to complete orders for the weekend, so email works best on those days. Where are you located? Our shop address is 2091 Graham Road in Stow. It is a little light gray house across the street from the Walgreens parking lot. (Look for the cake & cupcake decals in the window!) What are your shop hours? Our hours are by appointment only. We are generally there during the week while our children are in school. (About 8:30am - 2:30pm) After that we are on Mom duty! Occasionally we are there an evening or two & we are always open Saturday mornings from 9am to 11am for order pickups. Feel free to leave us a message or send an email & we promise to get back to you as soon as possible. What methods of payment do you accept? At this point, we accept cash or personal check only. Do you deliver? Yes - we offer delivery for a fee based on the distance we have to travel. Sunday deliveries will incur an additional charge, as we try to keep Sundays free for our families. |
